Cohort-360
Philosophy

Hints before answers.

The easiest thing in the world right now is to give a learner an answer. We built Cohort-360 because the easiest thing is rarely the right one.

Apprenticeships exist to develop people. People develop by struggling, by sitting with a hard idea long enough to make it their own. Generative AI, used badly, removes the struggle entirely. Used well — used narrowly — it offers the scaffolding that the best mentors have always offered. A nudge, a question, a tighter sentence.

That distinction is the entire product. The Human Learning Engine hints before it answers. It captures the learner's voice at baseline and protects it on the way through. It signs every piece of evidence so an assessor can trust what they're reading. And it caps AI synthesis at twenty-five per cent — not as a setting, but as a guardrail at the engine level.

We're partnered with Canterbury Christ Church University for our September 2026 pilot, and aligned to the Level 7 Senior Leader apprenticeship standard and the CIPD Profession Map. We use British English, we publish our manifest format, and we treat off-the-job hours as evidence to be earned, not boxes to be ticked.

If that sounds like the kind of platform your programme has been waiting for, we'd love to show you around.

A founder letter slot lives here. We'll add it once the 2026 pilot is underway.
